Refund or Exchange Policy


We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons and protection of our employees and customers WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE, AND WILL NOT ISSUE REFUND, to all sold and shipped items. 

Exchange option for in-store pick up only: during your in-store pickup, you can try on your online purchased products and if the fit is not right we can do an exchange, but not refund. This exchange option is available within 3 days from the online order date. After this period we cannot do exchange, the online order must be pick up from store.

For the reason that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE, in-store and/or on-line, before you place your online order please:

- read the full Product Description section of the product you are intending to order;

- make sure that you have carefully reviewed all your information (name, address, and etc.) prior to finalising your online purchase;​
