Shipping Policy

At the moment, we only ship within Canada. Shipping rate will be displayed at checkout prior to your final order submission. Any delivery times quoted at this website are estimates and are based on Canada Post information for time delivery. Once an order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email and the delivery address cannot be redirected and/or changed. 

You are responsible for providing us with your accurate shipping information. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS AND ALL ISSUES CAUSED BY THAT. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all additional shipping charges.​​

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. We generally ship out the online orders as follows: 

In-stock Products: within 1-2 business days of placing an order.

Special Order Products: within 1 to 4+ weeks of placing an order, depending on the supplier's product availability and its delivery time​.

All prices presented throughout our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Before placing your order, please read the full Shipping Policy terms as a part of general Terms and Conditions of using this website.


The following shipping methods and options are available at the checkout:​


​​We offer free shipping for all orders over $199.00, after applied discounts and before taxes. The shipping cost will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders.​ The "Free Shipping" option is by Canada Post Regular Parcel™ which equates to approximately 3-9 business days.​​​​


All orders under $199.00 will have shipping rate based on their weight and it will be displayed at checkout prior to your final order submission.

The following regular shipping options are available at our eStore checkout:

- Standard, transit time 3 to 9 business days

- Express, transit time 1 to 2 business days


​You can chose to pick up your order in-store without shipping cost:

1. Place an order via eStore

2. Chose Pick Up option in your cart, 

3. Wait for "Ready for Pick Up" email or phone confirmation.

Exchange option for in-store pick up only: during your in-store pickup, you can try on your online purchased products and if the fit is not right we can do an exchange, but not refund. This exchange option is available within 3 days from the online order date. After this period we cannot do exchange, the online order must be pick up from store.
